In the event, an Israeli sniper shot and killed Nahida Khalil Anton and her daughter Thamar as they were on their way to a convent inside the Holy Family Parish Complex.
Patriarchate statements claim that seven more people suffered injuries while attempting to protect and save others. According to the statement, “seven other individuals were wounded by gunfire as they tried to save others.”
